MyWallet offers a software and hardware solution for the retail industry and the service sector in a SaaS model, i.e. monthly subscription. MyWallet makes a bond between the point of sale and the customer, thanks to the MyWallet mobile application. This bond translates into sending the cusotmer receipts at purchase time to MyWallet cloud. MyWallet additionally collects customer ratings and opinions on products and point of sale, and sends customers notifications with offers and promotions.
 
 

How does the MyWallet platform work?

  • It generates e-receipts and sends them to the MyWallet cloud, and from there to the national receipt HUB,
  • Stores e-receipts indefinitely in the MyWallet cloud,
  • Generates reports for businesses, based on ratings and reviews of products / services and customer service,
  • It intelligently adjusts promotions to customers buying habits and purchase history.
 

How can your customers download the e-receipt?

The customer receives a barcode, that he/she will always use when shopping.

02.

In a brick-and-mortar store, the customer taps the barcode on the MyWallet device or the merchant’s scanner, or gives the merchant the barcode number. In the online store, the customer enters the barcode number or e-mail address to which the barcode is assigned in the MyWallet field.

03.

After the seller closes the transaction, the customer automatically receives an e-receipt in the MyWallet cloud and in the national HUB for download.

04.

The customer displays the e-receipt in the My Wallet mobile application or via the MyWallet website.
 
 
 

How to connect to the sales system?

 

  • Hardware solution (MyWallet scanner) without the need to integrate with the cash register system.
 
  • Software solution (MyWallet software) with the selected installation option:
a. on a computer with a connected sales system,
